3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping:
Clothing and accessories are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner Printful. As each item is created on demand, please allow extra time for production before dispatch — typically 7–14 working days.
Pre-Order Items:
Some products, such as custom parts or limited-run items, may be available on a pre-order basis. When this is the case, we’ll clearly state the estimated lead time on the product page. This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on supplier schedules or material availability.
Delivery:
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information where available. Delivery times depend on your location and courier services. Pineapple Supply Co. cannot be held responsible for delays once items are in transit.
Risk and Title:
Risk passes to you once the order is delivered. Ownership of the goods transfers upon full payment.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns:
You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and with tags intact. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Faulty Goods:
